Peppermint Robotics secures 100 crore rupees for international expansion
Pune-based Peppermint Robotics has raised 100 crore rupees to scale its manufacturing capacity and accelerate growth in the US and European markets.

Peppermint Robotics has raised 100 crore rupees ($10.5 million) in a Pre-Series B funding round led by pi Ventures and Crane Venture Partners. The fresh capital is earmarked for scaling production, developing new robotic models, and strengthening the startup's footprint in North America and Europe. The company previously raised 34 crore rupees in a Series A round in early 2025.
Founded in 2019, the company manufactures autonomous robots designed for facility management, including floor scrubbers and material-handling systems. A key focus for the company is the development of cleanroom-compliant technology, with its scrubber-dryer models having already cleared EU GMP Grade C qualification testing. The company operates on a model that combines machine sales with recurring revenue from maintenance contracts and software services.
Revenue growth has been significant, rising from 6.26 crore rupees in FY24 to 21 crore rupees in FY25. Founder Runal Dahiwade noted that while core operations have remained profitable for several quarters, heavy investments in R&D and international infrastructure have impacted overall profitability. Peppermint Robotics is now evaluating the establishment of a dedicated assembly line in North America to better serve its international customer base.
