PermRock Royalty Trust Declares Monthly Cash Distribution
PermRock Royalty Trust announced its monthly cash distribution payable on August 14, 2026, based principally on May 2026 production. The distribution reflects significant shifts in oil and natural gas production volumes and prices.

PermRock Royalty Trust (NYSE: PRT) has declared its monthly cash distribution, amounting to $0.022579 per trust unit, payable on August 14, 2026. The distribution is primarily based on production volumes and pricing from May 2026.
The underlying financial data indicates a mixed performance for the Trust's assets. Oil sales volumes decreased to 15,086 barrels from 16,905 barrels in the prior month's distribution period. However, the average oil price increased to $104.89 per barrel from $94.20. Conversely, natural gas volumes saw an increase, but the average price dropped significantly to $0.71 per Mcf from $3.72.
Total oil cash receipts for the properties underlying the Trust were $1.58 million, a decrease of $0.01 million from the prior month. T2S Permian Acquisition II LLC (T2S), which manages the Trust's net profit interest, attributed this decrease primarily to lower oil sales volumes, partially offset by higher oil prices. Natural gas cash receipts totaled $0.01 million, also a decrease, largely due to lower natural gas prices.
Operating expenses, including marketing and lease operating expenses, totaled $0.49 million, down $0.08 million from the previous period. Severance and ad valorem taxes decreased to $0.07 million, mainly due to a reduction in ad valorem taxes. T2S informed the Trust that it has reserved $385,000 for future ad valorem taxes and workovers.
