Pernia’s Pop Up Shop Increases IPO Size to ₹680 Crore

Pernia’s Pop Up Shop parent Purple Style Labs has filed its red herring prospectus (RHP) for an initial public offering, increasing the size of the planned share sale to ₹680 crore. This marks a ₹20 crore increase from the initially proposed IPO size.

The IPO is scheduled to open for subscription on Monday, August 31, and close on Wednesday, September 2. Anchor bidding will occur on Friday, August 28. The offering consists solely of a fresh issuance of shares, with no component for the sale of existing shares.

The company received approval from India's market regulator, SEBI, in January to proceed with the IPO, following the submission of draft papers in September 2025. Since then, Purple Style Labs has raised ₹162 crore in debt across multiple tranches.

A substantial part of the capital to be raised, ₹371.1 crore, is earmarked for funding lease liabilities associated with Pernia’s Pop Up Shop's network of experience centers. The company currently operates 12 such centers and two back-end offices across India.

Additionally, the company plans to allocate ₹138.9 crore towards sales and marketing expenses through fiscal year 2030. The remaining funds will be directed towards general corporate purposes.
