Pernod Ricard and Trinchero Family Wine and Spirits announced a definitive agreement for the sale of Pernod Ricard's U.S. sparkling wine operations, encompassing Mumm Sparkling California, Mumm Napa, and DVX brands. The transaction is expected to close in Spring 2026.

Upon completion, Trinchero will assume exclusive rights for the manufacture, production, and marketing of Mumm sparkling wines (excluding champagne) within the United States. Distribution rights will extend across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and select Caribbean markets. Trinchero will also take ownership of the Mumm Napa destination winery and its production facilities located in Rutherford, Napa Valley.

The divestiture aligns with Pernod Ricard's strategy to concentrate resources on its portfolio of premium international spirits and champagne brands. For Trinchero, the acquisition represents a strategic expansion into a high-potential category, strengthening its position as a top U.S. wine supplier.

This transaction excludes any assets related to the G.H. Mumm Champagne brand or other international Mumm sparkling wine activities. The deal is subject to customary closing conditions.
