Pernod Ricard Completes Sale of Mumm Napa Operations and Kenwood Winery
Pernod Ricard has finalized the sale of its Mumm Napa sparkling wine activities in the U.S. to Trinchero Family Wine and Spirits. The company has also sold its Kenwood winery operations in Sonoma to F. Korbel & Bros.

Pernod Ricard has confirmed the completion of two divestitures impacting its wine operations in California. The company has successfully sold its Mumm sparkling wine activities in the United States, including Mumm Sparkling California, Mumm Napa, and DVX, to Trinchero Family Wine and Spirits. This transaction aligns with a previous announcement made in December 2025.
In a separate deal, Pernod Ricard has finalized the sale of its Kenwood winery, located in Sonoma, California, along with its associated trademarks, to F. Korbel & Bros. Kenwood is known for its range of award-winning Sonoma wines and the sale includes approximately 20 acres of vineyards, production facilities, and a visitor center.
These sales are part of Pernod Ricard's strategy to streamline its wine operational footprint in California and to refocus resources on its portfolio of premium international spirits and champagne brands. The company announced in April 2025 its intention to divest strategic international wine businesses.
The transactions reflect Pernod Ricard's ongoing assessment of strategic opportunities and active portfolio management, aimed at delivering sustainable value to its stakeholders.
