Pernod Ricard mobilizes 18,500 employees for environmental action
Pernod Ricard held its annual Responsib’ALL Day, with over 18,500 employees participating in local nature restoration and biodiversity projects worldwide.

Pernod Ricard held its 10th annual Responsib’ALL Day on June 16, focusing on the preservation and restoration of nature and biodiversity. More than 18,500 employees across the globe participated in initiatives aimed at supporting local communities and ecosystems.
The event, launched in 2011, aligns with Pernod Ricard's "Seeding the Future" CSR roadmap for 2030. This year's focus was on environmental regeneration and promoting biodiversity, reflecting the company's commitment to protecting its terroirs.
Subsidiaries partnered with local associations and organizations for various projects. These included planting trees in protected areas, renovating urban green spaces, and cleaning up beaches and rivers. The goal was to educate employees about their local environment and engage them in hands-on conservation efforts.
CEO Alexandre Ricard highlighted the return to field activities and emphasized the collective role in building a more sustainable world. Chief Sustainability Officer Vanessa Wright noted the acceleration of CSR initiatives during the pandemic, underscoring the company's reliance on resilient ecosystems for its products. The announcement detailed specific projects, such as farm restoration in Paris, coastal cleanup in France, and biodiversity initiatives in Scotland and Ireland.
