Pernod Ricard's 9th annual Responsib'All Day took place on June 6, 2019, involving 19,000 employees in 86 countries. The event focused on circular economy initiatives, aligning with the company's "Preserve to Share" 2030 CSR roadmap and the UN's Sustainable Development Goals.

The event's theme, "Act Circular", encouraged employees to rethink resource use and waste management to reduce waste and adopt more sustainable consumption patterns. This initiative is part of the company's broader commitment to create shared value for its communities and stakeholders.

Throughout the day, employees engaged in various projects globally. In Paris, the company's French affiliates collaborated on "The factory that recycles," hosting workshops on transforming objects, textiles, and food. Employees at Ricard in Marseille constructed an ecological bar from recycled materials and participated in zero-waste cocktail workshops.

In the UK, Pernod Ricard UK employees repurposed materials into useful items for local communities and participated in beach cleanups. Pernod Ricard India partnered to build playgrounds from reclaimed materials. In Mozambique, thousands of empty bottles were transformed into ashtrays and souvenirs, and recycled glass was used for social impact infrastructure projects.

Other initiatives included Corby, Canada, where employees addressed food and beverage waste in partnership with Trash Tiki, leading to the opening of Canada's first ecological bar. Pernod Ricard Polska, working with Zero Waste, organized a cleanup and waste sorting event along the Vistula River in Warsaw.
