Pernod Ricard names Mauve Croizat as Executive Vice President, Finance & Tech

Pernod Ricard, the global spirits and wine company, announced a key leadership appointment on July 22, 2026. Mauve Croizat has been named Executive Vice President, Finance & Tech, taking over the role on October 1, 2026. She will join the company's Executive Committee and report directly to Chairman and CEO Alexandre Ricard.

Croizat steps into the position previously held by Hélène de Tissot, who has decided to pursue a new opportunity as Global Chief Financial Officer at Chanel. De Tissot concludes a 23-year tenure with Pernod Ricard, including the past eight years in her executive finance and technology role.

The company highlighted Croizat's nearly two decades of international experience within Pernod Ricard, encompassing senior leadership roles in Finance, Business Development, and General Management across France, the United States, and Sweden. Most recently, she led the deployment of the Group's global transformation program. Pernod Ricard emphasized her combined operational experience, international leadership capabilities, and in-depth knowledge of the group.

To ensure a smooth transition, Croizat will first assume the position of Group Deputy CFO starting August 24, 2026. She will work closely with Hélène de Tissot during the handover period. The company expressed gratitude to de Tissot for her significant contributions over her extensive career.
