Pernod Ricard has inaugurated its first dedicated training campus at the Domaine de La Voisine, located in Clairefontaine-en-Yvelines near Paris. This initiative aims to enhance the company's talent development programs within a historic setting.

The Domaine de La Voisine, originally acquired by Pernod Ricard founder Paul Ricard in 1954, has undergone a significant redevelopment. The 6,500 square meter facility now houses a learning center featuring a 350-seat auditorium, meeting rooms, and 60 bedrooms. The historical château has been renovated to host events and receptions.

Officially opened on September 4, 2017, the campus will host a substantial portion of the 15,000 training hours provided annually by Pernod Ricard University. The company has emphasized the project's commitment to environmental standards, including HQE Aménagements and BREEAM certifications.

The campus will also be accessible to external clients through a partnership with Chateauform'. Pernod Ricard CEO Alexandre Ricard stated the facility is designed to foster collaboration, discussion, and meetings, reinforcing the company's values of conviviality and entrepreneurial spirit.
