Pernod Ricard announced on its 10th annual Responsib'ALL Day that its facilities have produced over 100 million 50cl units of hand sanitizer to address international shortages. The company also supplied 3.5 million liters of pure alcohol for use by other hand sanitizer manufacturers.

Traditionally, Responsib'ALL Day is an event where Pernod Ricard employees dedicate a full day to community-focused social responsibility initiatives. This year, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, physical gatherings were not possible, but the company continued its community support efforts.

In addition to producing hand sanitizer, Pernod Ricard supported the healthcare sector by donating ventilators, intensive care beds, and 475,000 masks. The company also contributed over €3 million to support the hospitality sector and its workers through meal programs and financial aid.

Further initiatives included an $820,000 donation to support medical workers and efforts to assist suppliers by honoring commitments for booked rooms and planned future events.
