Pernod Ricard sells US sparkling wine assets and Kenwood Vineyards
Pernod Ricard has finalized the sale of its Mumm Napa sparkling wine business in the U.S. and the Kenwood wine brand, continuing its strategy to optimize its Californian wine footprint.

Pernod Ricard announced the completion of the sale of its U.S. sparkling wine activities under the Mumm brand, excluding champagne, to Trinchero Family Wine and Spirits. The transaction includes Mumm Sparkling California, Mumm Napa, and DVX brands.
In parallel, Pernod Ricard has finalized the sale of its Californian wine brand Kenwood and its associated winemaking operations to F. Korbel & Bros. The Kenwood sale includes approximately eight hectares of vineyards, wineries, and a visitor center located in Sonoma, California.
These transactions follow the divestment of Pernod Ricard's international wine portfolio in April 2025. They allow the Group to further concentrate its resources on its premium international spirits and champagne brands, while optimizing its wine presence in California.
The company stated that these moves are part of Pernod Ricard's ongoing evaluation of strategic opportunities and active portfolio management, in line with its policy to create sustainable value for its shareholders, employees, customers, and partners.
