Perpetua Resources reports new gold discovery at Stibnite project
Perpetua Resources has completed its 2026 drilling campaign in Idaho, confirming a significant new gold and antimony discovery at the Fiddle prospect.

Perpetua Resources announced the conclusion of its 2026 exploration drilling program at the Stibnite Gold Project in central Idaho. The company finished over 16,000 meters of core drilling aimed at refining resource estimates and testing subsurface mineral zones.
A primary focus of the report is the Fiddle prospect, where initial testing yielded 109.7 meters grading 3.2 grams per tonne (g/t) of gold and 1.1% antimony. This interval, located south of the permitted Yellow Pine pit, represents one of the most substantial mineralized intercepts reported at the site to date.
Additional data from the Clark Tunnel Fault Zone (CTFZ) showed near-surface mineralization, including 25.4 meters at 4.5 g/t gold. CEO Jon Cherry stated that these findings support the goal of expanding the project's resource base near existing pit infrastructure.
The Stibnite project continues to be a focal point for gold and antimony development in the region. Perpetua is currently reviewing data from several additional holes drilled at Fiddle that remain under laboratory analysis to determine the full extent of the mineralization.
