Persona AI Uses Dell, NVIDIA Tech for Complex Robot Simulations
Persona AI leveraged Dell workstations and NVIDIA GPUs to create sophisticated humanoid robot simulations featured at NVIDIA's GTC 2026 keynote.

Robotics company Persona AI has utilized Dell workstations and NVIDIA RTX PRO Blackwell 6000 GPUs to develop advanced humanoid robot simulations. These simulations were showcased during NVIDIA's GTC 2026 keynote presentation.
The case study details how Persona AI, in collaboration with Cineshare, transformed raw motion-capture data into a photorealistic digital twin of a shipyard. Working under a tight 30-day deadline, Cineshare used Dell Pro Max Tower T2 workstations to rebuild robot materials and orchestrate complex welding routines for three humanoids.
Beyond the keynote demonstration, these simulations and digital twins serve as critical commercial tools for Persona AI. They enable rapid facility modeling and predictive operational planning, providing a visual roadmap for client deployments before physical hardware is implemented. This approach accelerates the integration of physical AI in heavy industry.
Persona AI has adopted similar Dell and NVIDIA workstation setups internally to further develop autonomous behavior and custom Isaac Sim extensions. The company aims to become the leading labor platform for skilled industrial work, enhancing worker safety across various sectors like shipbuilding and steel fabrication.
