Peter Jangbratt Appointed Head of Scandic Hotels' Swedish Operations
Scandic Hotels Group has appointed Peter Jangbratt as the new Country Manager for Sweden. Jangbratt, who has 20 years of experience in hotel management, will assume his new role on September 1, 2015.

Scandic Hotels Group has appointed Peter Jangbratt as the new Country Manager for its Swedish operations. Jangbratt brings 20 years of experience in various leadership roles within the hotel industry to the position.
The Swedish business is the group's largest, comprising over 80 hotels and more than 16,000 hotel rooms. Jangbratt currently serves as the operational manager for Scandic's Swedish operations and district manager for Stockholm City. He will officially take on his new responsibilities on September 1, 2015.
"The Swedish operations are now in a phase where we can fully realize and build on the strategic investments made in recent years, including significant renovations of our Swedish hotel portfolio and strategic initiatives for new flagship hotels," stated CEO Frank Fiskers. "I am very pleased to appoint Peter Jangbratt to lead the Swedish operations and further develop these initiatives. His commercial experience and leadership qualities are valuable."
Martin Creydt, who has been acting Country Manager, will return to his role as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the group's overall hotel operations. Scandic Hotels is the largest hotel operator in the Nordic region.
