PetLife Pharmaceuticals and Lumleian, LLC Announce Partnership
Veterinary health company PetLife Pharmaceuticals and life sciences advisory firm Lumleian, LLC have formed a partnership. The collaboration aims to advance PetLife's product development and commercialization pipeline in the United States.

PetLife Pharmaceuticals (OTC QB: PTLF), a company focused on veterinary health, has announced a partnership with Lumleian, LLC, a life sciences advisory firm. This collaboration is intended to accelerate the development and commercialization of PetLife's product pipeline within the United States, including securing capital for its lead product, Vitalzul™, for various veterinary oncology indications.
PetLife Pharmaceuticals CEO, Dr. Salvagno, stated the need for an experienced partner to optimize development strategy and enhance shareholder value through market identification and capital acquisition. The company believes Lumleian's expertise will provide the necessary support to move the company forward.
Lumleian has a history of assisting life sciences companies and investors, facilitating the development and commercialization of technologies. Jason Greenberg, a Director at Lumleian, expressed enthusiasm for working with PetLife to bring therapies to market that address significant unmet needs and have the potential to transform pet cancer treatment.
Greenberg highlighted the largely untapped opportunity in the veterinary space for safe and effective treatments for pets. He believes PetLife can become a leader in this sector with the right strategic relationships. Vitalzul™ is seen as a compelling investment due to its clear path to technical and regulatory success, supported by existing human and animal data.
Founded in 2012, PetLife Pharmaceuticals aims to bring Vitalzul™ to market, a product designed to prevent cancer and extend the lives of pets suffering from the disease, while improving their quality of life. The US market for veterinary care and medications for companion animals reached over $29 billion in 2015.
