PetScreening Leaders Named Multifamily Influencers by GlobeSt
PetScreening announced that CEO John Bradford, VP Victoria Cowart, and Director Lori Trainer have been recognized as 2026 Multifamily Influencers by GlobeSt.com.

PetScreening, a provider of pet policy management software for the rental housing industry, has announced that three of its leaders have been named 2026 Multifamily Influencers by GlobeSt.com. CEO and founder John Bradford, Vice President of Education Victoria Cowart, and Director of Asset Owner Solutions Lori Trainer were honored in the annual recognition program.
The GlobeSt.com awards highlight individuals shaping the multifamily sector. Bradford founded PetScreening in 2017 to help rental housing operators implement pet-inclusive policies and generate pet-related revenue. The company's software, offered at no charge to housing providers, has become a widely adopted platform for managing pet policies nationwide, serving millions of units.
Victoria Cowart leads PetScreening's educational initiatives, focusing on topics such as assistance animals, pet revenue management, and risk management. She has over 35 years of experience in the rental housing industry. Lori Trainer joined PetScreening in 2025, bringing nearly three decades of experience from the owner and manager side of the industry, which informs the company's client solutions.
The recognized influencers will be featured on GlobeSt.com and acknowledged at the GlobeSt. Multifamily Fall conference in San Diego on October 21-22.
