Peugeot Unveils Electric RCZ Vision Concept Car
Peugeot has introduced the RCZ Vision concept, reviving the classic coupe model in an electric form. The concept showcases future design and technology, with no production plans announced.

Peugeot has unveiled the RCZ Vision concept at the Paris Motor Show, marking the return of the classic RCZ coupe in an all-electric iteration. The concept vehicle serves as a demonstration of the brand's future design direction and technological aspirations. Peugeot has not announced any plans for series production of the RCZ Vision.
The RCZ Vision is built on the Stellantis STLA One platform and features a 1000-volt electrical architecture powered by solid-state batteries developed by Factorial Energy. Peugeot states the concept will deliver up to 500 horsepower and offer a range of up to 600 kilometers. A key feature highlighted is its charging capability, with an ability to charge from 10% to 80% in just 10 minutes.
The design draws inspiration from the original RCZ while also introducing Peugeot's new "Lion Spirit Future" design language. Notable exterior features include an active rear spoiler that retracts when parked and forged wheels measuring 21 inches at the front and 22 inches at the rear. The interior is characterized by the Hypersquare steering wheel, a rectangular design reminiscent of gaming controllers.
The low profile of the RCZ Vision is partly achieved through its slim, 110mm thick solid-state batteries integrated into the vehicle's floor. The car also utilizes a steer-by-wire system, which eliminates the mechanical linkage between the steering wheel and the front wheels, allowing for a more direct and responsive steering experience.
