P.F. Chang’s expands holiday hours and updates seasonal menu
P.F. Chang's is launching a seasonal campaign featuring new menu items and plans to open its locations on Christmas Day for the first time.
P.F. Chang's has announced a holiday initiative running from November 4, 2026, to January 26, 2027. The restaurant chain will open for dine-in and takeout service on Christmas Day, marking a shift in its traditional holiday operating schedule.
The seasonal menu introduces several new dishes, including King Crab Gyoza and Fire-Roasted Crispy Duck, alongside a three-course holiday meal option. CEO Jim Mazany stated that the menu expansion is intended to accommodate a variety of holiday celebrations, supported by new catering packages for home and office gatherings.
Actor Harry Shum Jr. is serving as the face of the campaign, which draws aesthetic inspiration from Japanese winter illuminations. Select locations will feature light installations to align with the theme throughout the winter months.
