Pfizer presents breast cancer and blood disorder research at ASH and SABCS
Pfizer will present new data on its breast cancer and blood disorder treatments at the American Society of Hematology (ASH) and San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium (SABCS). Over 100 presentations will cover approved medicines and new therapy candidates.

US-based pharmaceutical company Pfizer is set to highlight its latest advancements in breast cancer and blood disorder treatments at two major medical conferences. The American Society of Hematology (ASH) Annual Meeting & Exposition (December 7-10) and the San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium (SABCS, December 10-13) will feature data from over 100 presentations. These will showcase the company's approved medicines and new potential therapies for patients with blood and breast cancers, as well as rare blood disorders.
At the ASH meeting, Pfizer will present more than 75 research abstracts. This includes updated analyses from the pivotal ECHELON-3 trial supporting the clinical benefit of ADCETRIS (brentuximab vedotin) in patients with relapsed/refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). New data for ELREXFIO (elranatamab-bcmm) in relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM) will also be presented, along with results from combination therapy trials.
The SABCS congress will feature 30 research abstracts. Some of these affirm IBRANCE (palbociclib) as a first-line standard of care for hormone receptor-positive (HR+), HER2-negative metastatic breast cancer (MBC). Pfizer will also present new data on its expanding pipeline of next-generation therapy candidates, aimed at addressing critical unmet patient needs across all subtypes and stages of breast cancer.
