The company revised its full-year 2025 revenue guidance to approximately $62.0 billion, down from the previously stated range of $61.0 billion to $64.0 billion. The 2026 revenue guidance anticipates a decrease of approximately $1.5 billion from COVID-19 products compared to 2025. Additionally, the anticipated loss of exclusivity (LOE) for certain products is expected to negatively impact revenue by approximately $1.5 billion year-over-year.
Excluding the impact of COVID-19 products and LOE, Pfizer expects operational revenue growth of approximately 4% year-over-year for 2026. The company also reaffirmed other components of its 2025 financial guidance.
For the full year 2026, Pfizer anticipates adjusted diluted earnings per share (EPS) to be in the range of $2.80 to $3.00. Total adjusted Selling, Informational, and Administrative (SI&A) and Research and Development (R&D) expenses for 2026 are expected to be between $23.0 billion and $25.0 billion.
