Pfizer Inc. (NYSE: PFE) announced its financial guidance for the full year 2025, while also reaffirming its full-year 2024 projections. The pharmaceutical company anticipates its 2025 revenue to fall within the range of $61.0 billion to $64.0 billion. This forecast takes into account an expected net unfavorable impact of approximately $1 billion on revenue due to changes in the U.S. Inflation Reduction Act (IRA).

The company projects its adjusted diluted earnings per share (EPS) for 2025 to be between $2.80 and $3.00. This level of adjusted EPS is expected to reflect an operational growth of 10% to 18% compared to the prior year, after excluding non-recurring items from 2024. Pfizer has achieved its goal of $4.0 billion in net cost savings through the end of 2024 and anticipates an additional $500 million in savings for 2025 as part of its ongoing cost realignment program.

Revenue guidance for 2025 includes expectations for COVID-19 product revenues to remain largely consistent with 2024, excluding approximately $1.2 billion in one-time revenue adjustments recognized for Paxlovid in 2024. Pfizer expects its operational revenue growth for 2025 to be approximately flat to 5% year-over-year.

The first phase of Pfizer's manufacturing optimization program is on track and is expected to deliver initial net cost savings in the latter part of 2025, aiming to improve gross margin performance.
