Phanteks Launches XT V5-LCD PC Case with Integrated 7-inch Display
Component manufacturer Phanteks has released its new XT V5-LCD PC case, featuring an integrated 7-inch LCD screen. The case aims to offer enhanced functionality and visual feedback for PC builders.
Phanteks, a manufacturer of PC components, has launched its new XT V5-LCD mid-tower ATX case, which includes an integrated 7-inch LCD display. This release positions the case as a way for users to gain additional visual feedback directly on their computer hardware.
The XT V5-LCD is equipped with a 7-inch display panel featuring a 1024×600 resolution and a 60Hz refresh rate. The screen incorporates a dedicated MCU and 128MB of memory, allowing it to present various system information and graphics. The base model, without included fans, is priced at 499 yuan (approximately $69 USD).
The chassis measures 452×235×430 mm. Both the front and left side panels are made of tempered glass, offering a panoramic view of the internal components. The design emphasizes airflow, with ventilation areas on the bottom, right, and top, complemented by dust filters. It supports ATX motherboards and provides ample space for hardware, including graphics cards up to 425mm and CPU coolers up to 175mm.
For storage and expansion, the case offers seven expansion slots, space for one 3.5-inch drive, and two 2.5-inch drives. Cooling configurations can accommodate up to seven 120mm fans, or 360mm radiators at the top and bottom. Front panel I/O includes one USB-C 20Gbps port and two USB-A 5Gbps ports.
