Phil Mause Appointed President of mSupply
mSupply, a distributor of HVAC, appliance, and plumbing products, has named Phil Mause as its new President. He will lead a combined commercial and operations organization focused on expanding HVAC parts availability.
ST. LOUIS, Oct. 1, 2026 – mSupply, a North American distributor of HVAC, appliance, and plumbing products, announced today that Phil Mause has been named President, effective September 30.
Mause joined mSupply in 2024 as Chief Commercial Officer and previously held roles at RB Global, overseeing the SmartEquip parts procurement platform, and co-founded Rouse Rental Insights.
In his new role as President, Mause will lead a unified organization encompassing Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Digital, E-commerce, Marketing, and Merchandising. The company states the new structure's priority is to make mSupply's full range of HVAC parts available to every customer, next day, across its national distribution network and digital channels.
