Philatron Wire and Cable has announced the installation of a new production line for high-heat silicone wire and cable, along with specialized silicone tubing capabilities. This expansion is designed to meet stringent requirements for components that can withstand extreme temperatures and harsh environmental conditions prevalent in military and industrial applications.

The new line addresses limitations of traditional insulation materials that often fail under severe thermal stress or constant flexing. Philatron's silicone offerings are engineered to maintain structural integrity and electrical performance in environments where other materials degrade, supporting critical infrastructure, heavy machinery, and defense systems.
