Phillips & Associates announced the dates for its 2027 National Plaintiffs' Summit on Sexual Harassment & Employment Discrimination, set for March 14-16 in Miami. The event focuses on legal strategies for workplace harassment and discrimination cases.

Phillips & Associates has announced the dates for its National Plaintiffs' Summit on Sexual Harassment & Employment Discrimination, scheduled to take place from March 14 to 16, 2027, at the Andaz Miami Beach Resort & Spa.
The summit, founded by managing partner William K. Phillips, aims to convene plaintiff-side employment attorneys from across the United States. Discussions will center on litigation strategies, damages modeling, digital evidence, and evolving issues in employment law.
"The success of the 2026 summit came from bringing together outstanding plaintiffs' employment lawyers who were willing to share practical strategies and learn from one another," said William K. Phillips. "This collaboration matters because people come to us during some of the most difficult times in their lives. Their careers are at stake, and they may feel powerless against a large employer."
The 2026 summit brought together dozens of leading plaintiff-side employment litigators for intensive strategy sessions. Topics included damages modeling, trauma-informed litigation techniques, and the application of artificial intelligence in case management.
The 2027 summit is expected to feature high-level programming focused on building and litigating sexual harassment, discrimination, and retaliation cases, as well as creating leverage and managing plaintiff-side employment law firms. The event also provides opportunities for idea exchange and networking among attendees.
