Oslo, Norway – Photocure ASA (OSE: PHO) has granted share options to its board of directors. The company issued the options annually in accordance with a resolution made at the general meeting on June 26, 2026.
Chairperson Dylan Huss Hallerberg was granted 19,221 share options. Other board members, Neal Shore and Ghizlane Tagmouti, received 10,377 options each. The strike price for these options was set at a 10% premium to the weighted average closing price over a 30-day trading period.
This option grant is part of Photocure's incentive program designed to retain and reward board members for their contributions to the company's success. The aim is to align the interests of the board with those of the shareholders over the long term.
