Physician and Veteran Remina Panjwani Launches Method for Workplace Burnout
Physician Dr. Remina Panjwani has launched Dr. Remina's DEPLOYMENT METHOD™, a framework treating burnout as a system issue, not a personal failing. The launch coincides with rising workplace stress reported by American workers.

Dr. Remina Panjwani, a board-certified physician and U.S. Air Force veteran, has introduced Dr. Remina's DEPLOYMENT METHOD™. This three-phase framework aims to assess and treat burnout in both individuals and organizations.
The method arrives as worker stress escalates, with an American Psychological Association survey indicating a decline in perceived workplace health and increased tension. Nearly half of workers also express concern about artificial intelligence's impact on their jobs.
Drawing from her military experience, the DEPLOYMENT METHOD™ includes phases for assessment (Recon), treatment (Deploy), and review/integration (Return). For organizations, this translates to assessing, intervening, and sustaining employee well-being.
Panjwani, who served in Baghdad and worked on the COVID-19 front lines, stated that burnout is a systemic problem requiring thorough assessment before treatment. Additionally, a new season of her podcast, The Dr. Remina Panjwani Show, has been released, and she recently appeared on The Ultimate Human podcast.
