Physician Leslie Lu Offers New Personalized Care Program

Leslie Lu, MD, an internal medicine physician with Providence Mission Heritage Medical Group at its San Clemente Health Center, has joined Concierge Choice Physicians (CCP) for its Hybrid Choice™ program. This enhanced service provides patients with greater connectivity and a more personalized relationship with their physician, while retaining the option to remain in the traditional practice.

Dr. Lu is now one of nine physicians at Mission Heritage Medical Group offering CCP's Hybrid Choice. The program offers members enhanced support, including direct physician access, same-day or next-day appointments, extended and relaxed appointment times, and a focus on preventive health and wellness.
