Demand for healthy and convenient food options continues to rise in Finland. Picadeli has expanded its network by almost 100 salad bars in less than two years, surpassing a total of 350 locations.
The growth reflects a consumer trend towards fresh, customizable meals. After reaching 250 salad bars in autumn 2024, the company accelerated its expansion. Throughout 2025, the network exceeded 300 bars, and approximately 50 more have been added since then.
Picadeli's concept allows customers to create their own salads, offering a flexible and healthy alternative for quick meals. The increased number of locations makes these fresh, tailored meal options more accessible to Finnish consumers nationwide.
