PicS N.V. Faces Securities Fraud Lawsuit Following IPO

Radnor, Pennsylvania โ€“ July 14, 2026 โ€“ PicS N.V. (PicS), a NASDAQ-listed company, is facing a securities fraud class action lawsuit. The suit has been filed on behalf of investors who purchased or acquired shares of PicS Class A common stock pursuant to or traceable to the company's initial public offering (IPO) on January 30, 2026.

The complaint alleges that PicS's IPO documents contained materially misleading statements or failed to disclose critical adverse information about the company's business and financial prospects. Specifically, the lawsuit claims that PicS misrepresented the effectiveness of its credit models and user data.

Allegations include that PicS identified deficiencies in its credit evaluation procedures in December 2025. This led to approximately R$590 million in exposures being reclassified to Stage 3, resulting in an additional R$88 million in expected credit losses (ECL) for the fourth quarter of 2025. The lawsuit further contends that the company experienced a Stage 3 formation rate exceeding 7% in Q4 2025, significantly higher than historical trends presented in IPO materials. Investors have until August 4, 2026, to seek lead plaintiff status in the litigation.
