Kering, the global luxury group, announced on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, the appointment of Pierre Houlès as its Chief Digital, AI & IT Officer. Houlès's role is effective immediately, and he will also become a member of the company's Executive Committee. Houlès's primary mission will be to bolster Kering's digital strategy and accelerate the transformation of its technology architecture to support the group's operational and technological goals. He is expected to help build a model that fully integrates innovation to enhance the performance and desirability of Kering's various luxury houses. The group highlighted Houlès's expertise in large-scale transformations, complex system integration, and the application of emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, as instrumental in driving forward a more integrated and innovative group. He will report to Jean Marc Duplaix, Kering's Chief Operating Officer. Prior to this appointment, Houlès held significant technology leadership roles, including extensive work on transformation projects at Capgemini, serving as Chief Information Officer for CANAL+ Group, and leading digital transformation initiatives at Renault Group.
