Pilates Addiction Sells 350 Licenses Amid National Expansion

Pilates studio franchise Pilates Addiction has announced it has sold over 350 licenses to date. The company has opened 40 studios across 12 states and plans to launch an additional 75 new studios by early 2027. The expansion targets major markets including Texas, California, and Florida.

Following its initial year of national rollout, the company is accelerating its expansion at scale, providing support for franchisees in real estate, training, and pre-opening marketing.

"Selling 350 licenses is an incredible milestone, but what excites me most is this next phase," said Sarah Luna, CEO of Pilates Addiction. "We're watching this brand come to life in communities across the country. Studios are opening, memberships are building, and our owners are creating the kind of Pilates experience we believed was missing from the category."

Pilates Addiction differentiates itself with its patented Aurum™ Reformer equipment and a signature black-and-gold studio aesthetic. Its class offerings include IGNITE, CORE+, MAX, and MOBILITY RX, designed to provide a comprehensive fitness experience.

The demand for Pilates is growing in the U.S., with 13.8 million participants in 2025, an increase of 6.8% year-over-year, according to Sports & Fitness Industry Association data. Pilates Addiction aims to capitalize on this trend by expanding its national presence.
