The acquired property is situated in the core of Lujiazui, Pudong, Shanghai. Completed in 2009, the DVB Bank Building features 19 floors and approximately 46,000 square meters of total construction area. Lujiazui is a key business and financial hub in Shanghai.
This acquisition comes shortly after Pinduoduo's July purchase of an entire office complex within the Xiong'an · Power Construction Smart City project. The Xiong'an development aims to foster industries related to digital consumption and e-commerce.
