CEO Terri LeFort stated that the company is entering a new phase from a position of strength, with the new structure designed to align leadership with key client capabilities. Michelle Lichte has been appointed Chief Growth Officer, Marc Hirshfield as Chief Delivery Officer, and Max Hanner as President of Managed Services. These leaders will oversee sales, marketing, client partnerships, consulting practices, and managed IT services, respectively.
Lichte will focus on strengthening client relationships and driving sustainable growth through integrated sales and marketing efforts.
