Pizza chain Pizza Hut has expanded its restaurant offerings with a new Peri-Peri pizza range. The selection features two new items: the Peri-Peri Stuffed Crust and the Peri-Peri Party Pizza.
The Peri-Peri Party Pizza includes peri-peri chicken, peppers, and sweetcorn, finished with a peri-peri sauce. The Peri-Peri Stuffed Crust option can be added to any pizza.
Peri-peri is described as a spicy African chilli pepper used to create the sauce. Pizza Hut states their peri-peri sauce includes crushed chillies, lemon, salt, and pepper, among other ingredients.
The new pizzas are now available at all Pizza Hut restaurants. The company has not provided specific sales expectations or details on the campaign's duration.
