Plan International: Sudan Child Risks Rise Amidst Violence

Plan International has voiced grave concerns regarding the safety and well-being of children in Sudan following a recent escalation in violence. An attack on El-Fasher in Darfur on September 19, which resulted in over 70 fatalities, has prompted the international organization to highlight an escalating humanitarian crisis.

The organization reports that September has been a particularly distressing month for Sudan.
