PlanHub Appoints Nicholas Daniel as Chief Executive Officer

PlanHub, a platform connecting parties in the commercial construction preconstruction process, announced the appointment of Nicholas Daniel as its new Chief Executive Officer. Daniel joins PlanHub from Etsy, where he most recently held the position of Chief Product Officer and led product strategy for the global marketplace.

Daniel's background includes over a decade at Etsy, managing product initiatives such as selling tools and advertising. His prior experience also includes roles in sales engineering at Google. PlanHub aims to leverage his expertise in marketplace development to further its growth.

The company operates as a marketplace for general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers within the commercial construction sector. PlanHub's objective is to streamline the process of finding and bidding on projects, enabling businesses to focus more on building.

Daniel is scheduled to be introduced to the commercial construction industry at the AGC of California's CONSTRUCT Annual Conference on October 6. He will engage with industry professionals and partners at the event.
