Dr. Luis Macias, a double board-certified plastic surgeon and founder of Aesthetic MdR, has been named to the Board of Directors of the Los Angeles Society of Plastic Surgeons (LASPS). The appointment, announced September 16, highlights Macias' commitment to surgical education and advancing plastic surgery in Southern California.
The Los Angeles Society of Plastic Surgeons is a professional organization focused on physician education, collaboration, and patient care. Macias maintains a practice in Marina del Rey specializing in aesthetic plastic surgery, including facial rejuvenation, neck surgery, and eyelid surgery.
In addition to his private practice, Dr. Macias serves as Director of Aesthetic Surgery Curriculum and Site Director for USC Plastic Surgery's rotation, educating residents.
