Plusnet GmbH has supplied the German company d-kn GmbH with a flexible IP telephony system to meet the firm's growing communication needs. d-kn GmbH, which evolved from a dialog marketing agency, now offers a range of professional services for the automotive industry.
The selection criteria for the system included reliability, advanced call center functionalities, and a cloud-based deployment. The company previously managed its own hardware-based telephone system, but the transition to Plusnet's IPfonie® Centraflex solution allows for scalability and a focus on core business activities.
The new setup also incorporates redundant WLL radio-based internet connections. This ensures consistent service quality and specifically supports d-kn GmbH's call center operations serving automotive clients.
