PMGC Holdings Merges AGA Precision into A&B Aerospace
PMGC Holdings Inc. has merged its subsidiary AGA Precision Systems LLC into A&B Aerospace, Inc. The move aims to streamline operations and consolidate the company's aerospace manufacturing capabilities.
PMGC Holdings Inc. announced on July 6, 2026, the merger of its precision manufacturing subsidiary, AGA Precision Systems LLC, into A&B Aerospace, Inc. A&B Aerospace is expected to continue as the primary operating entity following the consolidation.
The strategic merger is intended to simplify PMGC's aerospace precision manufacturing operations by combining two related businesses into a single corporate structure. AGA Precision Systems will cease to exist as a distinct legal entity, while A&B Aerospace will retain the AGA business name as a DBA (doing business as) to ensure continuity with customers, vendors, and existing contracts.
A&B Aerospace, established in 1948 and based in Azusa, California, serves as a precision machining and aerospace manufacturer for prominent Tier 1 aerospace and defense clients including Boeing, Honeywell International Inc., and Moog Inc. The company possesses AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 certifications and operates over twenty CNC machines. AGA Precision Systems operates its own facility in Santa Ana, California. Both manufacturing sites are slated to continue operations under the combined A&B Aerospace structure, enabling shared resources, personnel, and administrative support.
PMGC Holdings anticipates that the integration will reduce duplicate administrative and reporting overhead. The company also expects the consolidated entity to benefit from improved operational flexibility and enhanced customer coverage. Existing client relationships and contracts are expected to be managed through the transition without disruption.
