Investigations revealed that the group targeted individuals involved in disputes arising from online gaming interactions. They operated on a commission basis, accepting "revenge orders" from clients and establishing a streamlined process for execution, including order intake, task delegation, group formation, execution, and reporting.
The victims suffered significant psychological distress, including depression and impacts on their studies and work. Some victims reported consequences such as reluctance to attend school. The investigation is ongoing to uncover further details and potential accomplices.
