Police investigate $11.4 million Nvidia hardware theft during transit
Authorities are searching for six pallets of Nvidia equipment that disappeared while being transported from Oakland to Texas in late August.

A shipment of high-value Nvidia hardware, estimated at $11.4 million, went missing during transit between Oakland, California, and Fort Worth, Texas, this past summer. The cargo, consisting of six pallets of undisclosed hardware, was collected on August 29 by a truck displaying the branding of a food logistics firm.
The theft was identified in early September after the intended recipients reported that the shipment never arrived. Investigators tracking the vehicle discovered it made several unauthorized stops before disappearing from surveillance in San Bernardino County, California. The Oakland Police Department confirmed a grand theft report was filed on September 13.
As of late October, no arrests have been made and the hardware remains unrecovered. Law enforcement authorities have not disclosed the specific nature of the stolen components or provided details regarding the methodology used to execute the theft. The investigation into the incident remains active.
