Police in the Schleswig-Flensburg district have been investigating several cases since late March involving men approaching children from cars in the Angeln area. Incidents have been reported in locations including Dollerup, Süderbrarup, and Steinbergkirche.
According to police reports, all children involved reacted correctly and avoided the situations. The most recent incident occurred last Thursday (June 4) in Gelting, where a 10-year-old girl was reportedly approached by a man in a white van. The man allegedly attempted to lure the girl into the vehicle with sweets.
The girl sought help from a woman with a white dog. The police are now requesting that this woman come forward as she is considered an important witness. The cases are under active investigation.
