Pomdoctor Limited Receives Nasdaq Delisting Determination

Digital healthcare company Pomdoctor Limited has received a staff determination letter from Nasdaq indicating its securities are subject to delisting. The company failed to meet the minimum bid price requirement for 30 consecutive business days.

9 October 2026

Pomdoctor Limited, a digital healthcare company based in Guangzhou, China, announced on October 9, 2026, that it received a determination letter from Nasdaq's Listing Qualifications Department. The letter states that the company's American Depositary Shares (ADSs) have traded below $1.00 for 30 consecutive business days, from August 24 to October 5, 2026.

This failure to meet the minimum bid price requirement typically allows a company 180 days to regain compliance. However, Nasdaq rules do not grant Pomdoctor a compliance period because the company enacted a 1-for-18 reverse stock split on June 22, 2026, within the prior year. As a result, the Nasdaq staff determined the company's securities are subject to delisting.

The company's securities are scheduled to be suspended from trading on October 15, 2026, unless Pomdoctor timely appeals the determination to a Nasdaq Hearings Panel. A timely appeal request will stay the suspension pending the panel's decision. The deadline to request a hearing is October 13, 2026.

Pomdoctor stated it intends to request a hearing and present a plan to regain compliance with Nasdaq's listing requirements. The company is evaluating its available alternatives, but cautioned that there is no assurance the appeal will be successful or that it will regain compliance. Pomdoctor focuses on AI-enabled healthcare solutions and predictive healthcare capabilities.
