The company also reduced its U.S. performance estimates, citing weakness in its pen needle sales.
Following this news, Embecta's stock price fell by nearly 58%, causing significant losses for investors. Investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Embecta securities during the specified Class Period have until August 17, 2026, to ask the Court to appoint them as Lead Plaintiff.
