Pomerantz Law Firm Investigates Claims Against Alarum Technologies Investors

Pomerantz LLP is investigating claims on behalf of investors of Alarum Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: ALAR). The investigation concerns allegations of securities fraud or other unlawful business practices involving the company's officers and/or directors.

The probe follows a July 7, 2026, Bloomberg report indicating that the FBI is investigating Alarum's subsidiary, NetNut. The report alleges that NetNut may have played a role in linking customers' home internet devices without consent into a network used to disguise locations. According to the report, the FBI seized multiple internet domains as part of a "coordinated law enforcement targeting infrastructure associated with NetNut's residential proxy platforms, its administrators and its users."

Following the news of the investigation, Alarum's American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) fell 61.85%, or $4.96 per ADR, over the next two trading sessions, closing at $3.06 per ADR on July 6, 2026.

Pomerantz LLP, with offices in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, London, Paris, and Tel Aviv, specializes in corporate, securities, and antitrust litigation.
