Pomerantz LLP files class action lawsuit against Hyliion Holdings Corp.

Pomerantz LLP has filed a class action lawsuit against Hyliion Holdings Corp. and certain of its officers and/or directors, alleging securities fraud and other unlawful business practices. Investors who purchased or acquired Hyliion securities during the class period have until October 27, 2026, to ask the Court to appoint them as lead plaintiff.

The lawsuit, brought by the law firm Pomerantz LLP, focuses on allegations that Hyliion and its leadership engaged in securities fraud. Investors are advised to contact Pomerantz LLP for further details and to discuss their rights.

The filing follows a "short report" published on June 23, 2026, by Pelican Way Research. The report questioned a non-binding letter of intent (LOI) valued at approximately $133 million with VFG Holdings for the supply of 250 KARNO Cores. The report alleged that VFG Tech Holdings, LLC, the other party to the LOI, was only incorporated in January 2026 and possessed limited staff and a minimal website, raising doubts about its capacity to fulfill such a large order.

Following the release of the Pelican Way Research report, Hyliion's stock price fell by $1.27, or 17.2%, closing at $6.10 per share on June 23, 2026. Pomerantz LLP is recognized for its extensive history in securities class litigation and aims to protect the rights of investors against companies accused of misconduct and fraud.
