Ponsse Oyj: 2025 Financial Statements

Ponsse Oyj released its full-year financial statements for 2025 on February 17, 2026, reporting net sales of EUR 749.9 million, largely consistent with the previous year's EUR 750.4 million.

The company's operating profit saw a substantial rise to EUR 41.6 million, or 5.6 percent of net sales, compared to EUR 36.8 million (4.9 percent) in 2024. Net result for the period was EUR 30.5 million, with earnings per share reaching EUR 1.09 (EUR 0.45 in 2024).

CEO Juho Nummela noted that 2025 was marked by subdued economic conditions and persistent uncertainty, impacting customer investment decisions. Order intake at the end of the year resulted in an order book of EUR 141.4 million, down from EUR 188.6 million a year prior.

Despite market challenges, Ponsse maintained production volumes at its Vieremä factory and reported strong performance in maintenance services globally. The company's Board of Directors proposed a dividend of EUR 0.55 per share, an increase from EUR 0.50 in the previous year.

Ponsse projects its operating profit for 2026 to be on par with the 2025 profit of EUR 41.6 million.
