Ponsse Oyj convenes Annual General Meeting for April 8, 2026
Forestry machine manufacturer Ponsse Oyj has announced its Annual General Meeting will be held on April 8, 2026, in Vieremä, Finland. The meeting will review the 2025 financial statements and dividend distribution.
Ponsse Oyj to Hold Annual General Meeting
Ponsse Oyj, a manufacturer of forestry machines, has formally invited its shareholders to its Annual General Meeting (AGM). The meeting is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, April 8, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. EET at the company's customer service center auditorium in Vieremä, Finland.
The agenda includes the adoption of the financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, and the distribution of dividends. The Board of Directors proposes a dividend of EUR 0.55 per share. The record date for dividend entitlement is set for April 10, 2026, with the payment date anticipated on April 17, 2026.
Shareholders will also vote on discharging the members of the Board of Directors and the CEO from liability for the 2025 financial year. The remuneration report for the governing bodies and the remuneration for the Board of Directors members are also on the agenda. Major shareholders propose that the remuneration for Board members remains unchanged.
Additionally, the Board proposes a profit commission for personnel, capped at a maximum of EUR 100 per person per working month for the 2025 financial year. Resolutions regarding the number of Board members and their compensation are also expected.
