Ponsse Publishes 2025 Annual Report

Forest machine manufacturer Ponsse Oyj has published its 2025 Annual Report. The report contains the financial statements, the Board of Directors' Report, which also includes the Sustainability Report, and auditor's reports.

The Sustainability Report has been prepared in accordance with the Finnish Accounting Act and European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). The reporting adheres to regulations in force as of December 31, 2025. External assurance provider KPMG Oy Ab has verified the data in the Sustainability Report according to the ISA 3000 standard.

The financial statements are published in XHTML format, complying with European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements, with primary statements marked with machine-readable XBRL tags. KPMG Oy Ab has provided an independent auditor's report with reasonable assurance on Ponsse Oyj's ESEF Consolidated Financial Statements in accordance with ISAE 3000.
